Mariketty Grana had a wish to give India a taste of authentic Greek food. This dream soon became a reality with the establishment of Thalassa in Goa. As her father ran a restaurant in Corfu, Mariketty was fascinated with food since childhood. Being a trained chef, she brings in her family recipes to serve the best of Greek food with no compromise on the ingredients used either. Thalassa is known to have changed the dining experience in Goa and has introduced the state to authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with amazing hospitality and a beautiful dining experience.

Thalassa is known for its gorgeous sunset view. Thalassa isn’t just a restaurant, but a place where the warmth and sheer happiness of Greek hospitality amalgamate instinctively with the laid back, free and tranquil atmosphere of Goa. The Greeks are known for their entertainment. Other than the perfect dining experience, Thalassa also offers world-class entertainment with traditional and celebratory Greek dances like Sirtaki and Zorba that are performed live, accompanied by the smashing of plates to honor the dancers and showering of flowers on those partaking in the celebrations.
